1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the site or playing any game, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not accept them, do not use Guru365.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Guru365. You must also be legally allowed to take part in online gaming in the place where you live. Online gaming is restricted or prohibited in some Indian states, and it is your responsibility to check the law before you register or play. By using the platform you confirm you meet both of these conditions.

3. Your Account

Each player may hold one account, registered with true and complete details. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity that takes place under your login. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may refuse a registration or close duplicate accounts, and bonuses linked to duplicate accounts may be voided.

4. Verification and KYC

Before your first withdrawal you must complete a one-time identity check with a valid government photo ID and, where needed, proof of address. We may ask for verification at other times to meet our legal duties or to protect your account. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information can lead to closure of your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are added to your wallet once cleared by the payment provider. The minimum deposit is ₹100. Withdrawals are paid back to the same method you deposited with, in your own name, once your identity is verified. We do not charge a fee to deposit or to withdraw. We may set minimum and maximum limits and may apply checks to prevent fraud and money laundering. You may only deposit funds that are legally yours.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time we offer bonuses and promotions. Each one carries its own terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts. You should read those terms before opting in. Bonuses are for genuine play only. Abuse of a promotion, such as through duplicate accounts or collusion, can lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.

7. Fair Play

All games run on certified random number generators, and each game publishes its return-to-player rate. Results are random and no outcome is guaranteed. We may void bets or games affected by a clear error, malfunction or technical fault. In the event of an obvious error in odds, payouts or game behaviour, we reserve the right to correct it.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Guru365 for any unlawful purpose, not to use bots, automation or any tool that gives an unfair advantage, not to attempt to hack, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and not to collude with other players. You must not use the platform if doing so is illegal where you live. Breaking these rules can lead to closure of your account and forfeiture of funds gained through the breach.

9. Suspension and Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if we suspect fraud or illegal activity, if verification cannot be completed, or where the law requires. Where an account is closed, any genuine balance you are entitled to will be returned through an approved method, subject to verification.

10. Liability

Guru365 is provided for entertainment and on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from play, from your use of our free tools, or from interruptions or technical faults. 11. Changes and Governing Law
